Compliance & 2257 Statement

This statement explains how xxcited.ai (“xxCited AI”) approaches content provenance, age standards, and recordkeeping obligations across the jurisdictions in which it operates. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. AI-Generated Content

All visual depictions, characters, and media appearing on xxCited AI are entirely computer-generated through artificial intelligence. They do not depict real human beings, and no actual persons engaged in any conduct depicted on this platform.

All AI Companions and generated content are fictional and digitally generated, and the Services are provided for entertainment purposes only.

2. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 — Recordkeeping

Because the content on this platform is wholly AI-generated and contains no depictions of actual human performers, the recordkeeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A are inapplicable to it. Those provisions govern visual depictions of real persons engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, and no such persons appear on this platform.

This section is provided for transparency to users, payment partners, and regulators. xxCited AI does not produce visual depictions of real human performers and therefore maintains no performer identification records under these provisions.

3. Age & Content Standards

Notwithstanding the inapplicability of performer recordkeeping rules, xxCited AI maintains strict content standards across all markets:

  • All AI-generated characters depicted on this platform are created and presented as adults aged 18 years or older.
  • This platform does not permit, generate, or host any content that depicts, suggests, or resembles minors in any context. Attempts to generate such content are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and referral to authorities.
  • All characters are fictional. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is unintended and coincidental. This platform does not generate depictions of real, identifiable individuals without consent.
  • Access to this platform is restricted to adults aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in the user’s jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

Zero tolerance. The prohibition on any depiction of minors or persons resembling minors is absolute and applies in every jurisdiction in which xxCited AI operates, regardless of local recordkeeping rules. This standard is enforced through content moderation and is not subject to exception.

4. Age Verification

xxCited AI applies age assurance proportionate to the requirements of each user’s jurisdiction. Depending on location, this may range from age affirmation at entry to facial age estimation or other verification methods accepted by the applicable regulator. Where local law requires verified age checks, those checks are applied before access to age-restricted content.

5. International Scope

While Section 2 addresses a United States federal provision, xxCited AI’s content and age standards in Section 3 apply globally. The platform is operated in accordance with applicable content, child-protection, and online-safety obligations in the jurisdictions it serves, including those of its country of incorporation.

6. Reporting & Contact

To report content you believe violates these standards, or for questions regarding content provenance or compliance, contact our compliance team. Reports of suspected content involving minors are treated as the highest priority.
