xxcited.ai provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to interact with virtual AI-generated characters (“AI Companions”) through:

  • text conversations
  • image generation
  • multimedia interactions
  • other AI-generated content features

All AI Companions and generated content are fictional and digitally generated.

The Services are provided for entertainment purposes only.

AI-generated responses may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Users are responsible for evaluating any content generated by the platform.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate registration information
  • maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • be responsible for all activities under your account

You must not:

  • share your account with others
  • create accounts using automated methods
  • impersonate other individuals

  • improving AI models
  • security and moderation
  • research and analytics

You are responsible for ensuring that your Content:

  • does not violate any laws
  • does not infringe intellectual property rights
  • does not violate the rights of others

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Services to generate or distribute content that includes:

  • illegal activities
  • harassment or hate speech
  • violence or threats of violence
  • exploitation or abuse of minors
  • impersonation of real individuals
  • non-consensual intimate imagery
  • attempts to bypass platform safeguards

Attempts to generate content involving minors or resembling minors are strictly prohibited.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of the Services may require payment, including:

  • subscription plans
  • token purchases
  • premium features

By purchasing a subscription you agree that:

  • payments may renew automatically unless cancelled
  • subscription fees are charged according to the plan selected
  • cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period

7. AI Content Disclaimer

The Services rely on artificial intelligence systems.

You acknowledge that:

  • conversations are fictional simulations

8. Moderation and Enforcement

To maintain a safe environment, we may:

  • review flagged content
  • remove content that violates our policies
  • suspend or terminate accounts

We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including:

  • software
  • platform design
  • AI characters
  • trademarks and logos

are the property of xxcited.ai or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, xxcited.ai disclaims all warranties, including:

  • merchantability
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • non-infringement

xxcited.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
