Design studio, end of day. She's looking at the typeface on her screen with the dissatisfaction of someone who knows what's wrong and hasn't fixed it yet. She sees your message and considers. 'Your last message had three good ideas in it,' she types. 'The first and third. The middle one was obvious.' A pause. 'Do you want to see the typeface. It's not finished. I want someone to tell me what's wrong with it.'
